This trip begins when you are picked up at your hotel at 8:20am and take to the port. The trip is done by speed boat with a roof and seats. On this trip you go to the meeting of the waters about 15 kilometers away from Manaus port. You will do the swimming with the Dolphin up the Negro river and will visit an indian community where it is possible to see a ritual dance. The trip ends between 4:30pm and 5pm when you arrive back at the port and you are taken back to your hotel.

What is included in the price;

Transport to and from the hotel, fee paid for swimming with the dolphin, fee paid to visit the indian community, lunch during the tour and guide.

What is not included in the price;

Beverages as mineral water, soft drinks and beers.

This trip is done by speed boat that takes you to the meeting of the waters, the point where the Negro river and the Solimões river meet. The tour begins when you are picked up at 8:30am from your hotel and is taken to the port.

 From there you are taken by speed boat to the meeting of the waters about 15 kilometers from the city center of Manaus. After visiting the meeting of the waters, you are taken to a little village of floating houses to see and learn about the way of life of the people. From there you are taken to the Janauari ecological park: An area that is under water for 6 months. It is located between the Negro and the Solimões rivers. There is possible to see water lilies, some caymans, birds, monkeys and even sloths. In the rainy season, it is possible to make a short trip through the flooded forest. Lunch is served at a floating restaurant located in the park. The tour ends at about 1:30pm and after arriving back in the city, you are taken back to your hotel.

This is a Fluvial day tour done in a speed that takes you to the meeting of the waters, the point where the Solimões river and the Negro river meet. The tour starts when you are taken from your hotel to the city dock at 8:20am. On board a speed boat you leave the dock at 9am and you do a 15-kilometers ride to the meeting of the waters. When you get there, your guide explains to you why the waters of the two river don’t mix and you have time for pictures. From there you visit a small village of floating houses called the community of Catalão. You see how living on the river is different from living on land. From there you go on the Janauari ecological Park; an area that goes under water for six months during the rainy season. It is located between the Negro river and the Solimões river. Depending on the season you may see the giant water lilies (Vitoria Régia), some animals such as caymans, birds, monkeys and even sloths. During the rainy season, it’s possible to do canoeing through the flooded forest (igapó) and as such get an idea of how people live in these areas.

Your lunch is servedat a floating restaurant located in the park. After lunch you return to Manaus, getting at the port at about 1:30pm. From the port you are taken back to your hotel.

 

This Amazon Day tour is done on board a speed boat visiting beautiful places that exist in the Amazon Jungle and it is recommended for people with no time for the jungle tours. You are take from your hotel at 8:20am to the city port. At 9am the boat departure, you go up the negro river for about an hour travel to the Tupé indian community. There you watch a dance, the Indians dressas they have always done since from the beginning with no clothes. During the dancing you can take photos of them. From there you move on to an area where it’s possible see and take pictures of the pink dolphins. Sometimes it maybe possible to swim with them. From there you leave for the Janauari ecological park where you have lunch in a floating restaurant.

If it’s rainy season, you can see the giant water lilies and even canoe through the flooded forest. From the ecological park, you go to the meeting of the waters. But before getting there, you visit a small floating village to see how the people get by when the water is low and when it’s high.

At the meeting of the waters, you will take photos or can make a little movie of this beautiful natural phenomenon. After taken pictures, your guide will explains the reason of why the two rivers don’t mix when they meet and the reason of why they have the different colors.

From the meeting of the waters, you return to the city getting there at about 4:30pm, you are then taken back to your hotel where the tour ends.
